This is one of the very few real reviews of the Sarah Summer Yeast Infection Cure that you will find online.
To be honest, I have always been intrigued by this program.
You see it has very little in the way of a sales page, you don’t see flashy banners everywhere promoting it, I don’t even know what it is ‘officially’ called and yet according to Google over 5000 people a month in the US alone are doing searches relating to the Sarah Summer Yeast Infection Cure and the eBook has been downloaded over 200,000 times!
At $29.97 it is also one of the cheaper books available.
So what gives?
The Sarah Summer Yeast Infection cure – this is what I’ll call it to differentiate it from the others – is more of a report than an eBook. Although at 84 pages it is still a substantial read.
As you would expect, this report outlines the different types of yeast infection, the symptoms and treatment options. It is written by Sarah and Robert Summer who I guess are academics, but who also know their stuff. But unlike other academic reports, this one is written in a way that is completely readable by the general population. I certainly didn’t have a problem understanding what they were talking about.
Chapter 1 of the Sarah Summer Yeast Infection Cure deals with specific infections like diaper rash, oral, penile, vaginal and skin yeast infections. It gives quick fixes and includes recipes for douches, boluses, teas and swabs.
These remedies are staggered so that if your infection persists after the first couple of treatments you know what to try next. This is really handy – there is nothing worse than going all out on your infection only to find that the yeast has built up a resistance to the most powerful stuff already!
The other thing that this chapter goes into is dangerous remedies and what makes them more hazardous to your health than the fungus you are trying to treat. The obvious one is Boric acid, but there are two others that people commonly recommend whose use internally can be deadly. You may be surprised at what they are.
There are also handy tips for preventing your infection returning – like how to sterilize your clothes so that you do not re-infect yourself.
Chapter 2 addresses the holistic approach to treating your yeast infection. This includes diet and doesn’t just focus on what not to eat, but includes a list of foods to eat that will help you fight your infection and prevent further infections.
In Chapter 3, 4 and 5 of the Sarah Summer Yeast Infection Cure you are taken through what a yeast infection really is, what causes it, why a mold is more dangerous than a yeast and that all important link between hormones, sugar, stress, antibiotics and ill health. The Herxheimer reaction is also explained here.
Chapter 6 goes into the symptoms of the different types of yeast infection and differentiates between an acute and a chronic or recurring infection.
The last chapter of the Sarah Summer Yeast Infection Cure goes through all of the conventional treatments from external creams, to internal treatments and oral/IV medications. This one was really interesting and should be compulsory reading for anyone who is pregnant.
The Sarah Summer Yeast Infection Cure is beautifully referenced although I would have liked to have seen more pictures – especially when they were explaining about how the yeast mutates and attacks the tissue. When compared to other programs it also lacks a bit in information regarding other alternative treatments and holistic factors – like heavy metals, environmental issues and parasites. Hence the four stars.
Despite this, my final verdict is that if you follow all the advice that Sarah Summer gives you will not only quickly be relieved of your infection, but you will also be able to prevent a recurrence….and for the price the Sarah Summer Yeast Infection Cure is definitely worth downloading.
